These terms govern access to the ODDMODE website and purchases made through it. The customer-facing merchant identity and contact details shown below form part of these terms.

Acceptance and website use

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and avoid conduct that disrupts the service or infringes another person’s rights.

Products, images and availability

We aim to describe products, colours, sizing and images accurately. Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance. Products and sizes remain subject to availability, and stock may change before an order is accepted.

Pricing, taxes and orders

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before the order is placed. An order acknowledgement is not final acceptance; an order may be rejected or cancelled for stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or delivery issues, with any eligible payment returned through the applicable process.

Payments

Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. ODDMODE does not claim to store card or UPI credentials. Payment-provider terms and security controls may also apply.

Cancellation, shipping and returns

Cancellation requests, delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refunds policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Exchanges policy. Nothing in these policies limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property and prohibited use

The ODDMODE name, original website content, artwork and presentation may be protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful activity.

Third-party providers and reasonable limits

Payments, hosting, communications and delivery may involve third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, ODDMODE is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Applicable law, grievances and updates

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Consumers may use remedies available under applicable consumer law. Questions or grievances should be sent through the verified contact channels below. We may update these terms prospectively and will revise the date shown on this page.
