Eligibility
Request a return or exchange within 10 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached and original packaging where reasonably applicable. Verified wrong, damaged, defective or not-as-described products are eligible for a replacement/refund path.
Size exchanges
Size exchanges are allowed within 10 days from delivery, subject to replacement stock availability. Only one simultaneous request is permitted per item.
Protected product issues
A request involving a wrong, damaged, defective, spurious or materially not-as-described product is assessed separately from change of mind. Applicable consumer remedies are not excluded.
Process and shipping
Request help through My Account → Orders → View Order or contact support. Include the order number and reason; photos may be requested. The customer pays reverse shipping for change-of-mind or size-change requests unless the store confirms a free exchange. The merchant pays return/replacement shipping for verified wrong, damaged, defective or not-as-described products. Wait for return instructions before sending an item to the shop/return address shown above.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing is 5–7 business days after approval / applicable quality checks; bank/provider posting time may vary.
