Order cancellation

Contact support as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch. If fulfilment or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible; an eligible delivered item may be handled under the return policy.

Change of mind

Return requests are accepted within 10 days from delivery for unused, unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached and original packaging where reasonably applicable.

Size exchange

Size exchanges are available within 10 days from delivery, subject to replacement stock. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached and original packaging where reasonably applicable.

Wrong, damaged, defective or not as described

Contact support promptly with the order number and relevant evidence. After verification, ODDMODE will provide an applicable remedy, which may include replacement, exchange or refund, subject to applicable law.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, within 5–7 business days after approval / applicable quality checks. Bank or payment-provider posting time may vary.

Return shipping and inspection

The customer pays reverse shipping for change-of-mind or size-change requests unless the store confirms a free exchange. The merchant pays return/replacement shipping for verified wrong, damaged, defective or not-as-described products. Products may be inspected before a remedy is completed.
